Automatic Double-End Pre-Insulated Terminal Crimping Machine

The KKD3 is an automatic double-end crimping machine designed for pre-insulated terminals, handling wire cutting, double-end twisting, and single/double-end crimping for continuous sheathed terminals. It processes AWG14–28 wires, cutting them from 50mm to 9,999mm (custom lengths available) with ≤1mm + 0.2% cutting precision. The machine twists and strips 7–12mm of insulation before crimping, offering 2.0T standard crimping force (3.0T optional). Capable of 1,400 pieces/hour for wires ≤300mm, it’s ideal for automotive harnesses, electrical panels, and high-volume wiring production.
