The KK-502 dominates thick dual wires (0.1–16mm², AWG32#–14#) — stripping front/rear ends (30mm max), slicing 0.1mm–99m lengths, and carving 13 mid-span strips per wire.
With 4-wheel sync drive and silent stepper motors (0.1mm/step feeding, 0.03mm/step blades), it holds cuts to ≤0.002×L mm tolerance (≤0.05mm error per meter).
Cranking out 3,000–5,000 strips/hour (tackles dual wires too), it’s built for heavy-duty harness shops, industrial wiring, or anyone stripping thick cables without sweat.
