What It Does:

The KK510 is a powerful belt-driven machine built specifically for heavy-duty wire stripping. It handles cables up to 20mm in diameter and 70mm² in cross-section with ease. Thanks to its caterpillar drive system, it grips thick wires firmly and securely. The 7-inch touchscreen lets you set front stripping lengths up to 250mm and rear stripping up to 100mm with smooth, stepless adjustments.

Powered by a hybrid stepper motor paired with an advanced motion control card, the KK510 maintains exceptional cutting precision — within ≤0.002×L mm tolerance and zero deviation over 5 meters of wire. Its dual roller setup, combining heat-treated iron and knurled rubber, expertly handles both rigid and flexible sheaths. Meanwhile, tungsten steel blades effortlessly slice through the toughest insulation materials.
