Fully Automatic Terminal Machine – Double-End Single-Crimp Waterproof Grommet

The KKD6 is a fully automatic terminal machine designed for high-precision wire processing, specializing in double-end crimping with single-side waterproof grommet insertion. It handles AWG#28–#16 wires, cutting them from 50mm to 9,999mm with ≤1mm + 0.2% length deviation. The machine strips 1.5–10mm of insulation, crimps terminals on both ends, and inserts waterproof grommets on one end—all in a single automated cycle. Capable of 2,800 pieces/hour for wires ≤100mm, it’s ideal for automotive harnesses, waterproof cables, and industrial wiring that requires sealed connections.
